The generator arrived well packed and in good condition. Before using the electric start, I connected the battery, which was very easy and convenient. I also tested the remote start, and it responded quickly and started right up. Very good first impression so far.

Took the 6800PD out with us for a weekend trip and it worked really well. There are plenty of outlets, so we could power several things without constantly switching plugs. The 120V/240V selector is also a nice feature and gives us more options depending on what equipment we bring. It made the whole setup much easier and more flexible.

Just unboxed my 6800PD. It was well protected during shipping, and the box included everything I needed to get started. The wheels and pull handle are very convenient, especially for moving a generator this size. It looks well made and was easy to set up.

This is the best generator of the 20+ that i have owned.
I wanted an invertor generator for the cleaner power output, and to reduce noise and fuel consumption under light loads.
I also wanted to primarily run it on Natural Gas during power outages, but still be able to use propane or gasoline if needed. There aren't many choices for tri-fuel inverter generators, and most invertor generators are very small.It can also be paralleled with a second generator for double output. This is important for me because running on natural gas doesn't provide full rated power like gasoline. Paralleled units should run everything, including my central AC without a problem.
The quality is excellent.
It's a bit heavy to be used as a portable unit, but it is nice to be able to move it around when needed.

After having this Generator for a year+, seems well designed and manufactured.Heavy to move when needed, but to be expected,for this larger than typical KW rating.Easy to operate and runs well on Gasoline and PropaneGas. Not yet tried NatGas.

I��ve been extremely happy with this generator. It was very easy to set up and operate right out of the box.
One of the biggest advantages is the tri-fuel capability. I connected mine directly to my home��s natural gas line, but I also tested it on gasoline and it started right up without any issues. Having the flexibility to run on natural gas, propane, or gasoline makes it incredibly convenient and reassuring during outages.

My ERAYAK generator was easy to set up and operate. I just connected my propane tank, plugged in my electrical connection, it started right up and ran great. It was also quiet. The main panel had everything you would need to monitor the power and supply 240 volts and many 110-volt outlets. Its a great generator.

My 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner used to trip my old 3k unit every time the compressor kicked in. This 6800PT handles that 6.8kW surge like it’s nothing. Pro-tip: flip the ECO mode to "OFF" when running the AC to keep the voltage steady during those big hits. The wheels make it easy to move around the site.

Just hooked the 6800PT to my home’s NG line. No more hoarding gas cans that go bad in six months. Even with the slight power drop on NG, it keeps my fridge and 13k BTU AC humming without a hiccup. If you live in a hurricane zone, the tri-fuel is the only way to go.

I’m using the Tri-Fuel model for our RV setup. Being able to hit the "ON" button on the remote from inside the trailer when it’s 35°F outside is worth every penny. Pro tip from my own mistake: when you first get it, you have to connect the negative wire behind the cover plate (page 17 in the manual) or the electric start won't work! Also, I let it run for 2 hours on the first day to make sure the lithium battery was fully charged like the instructions said.

Most portable inverters only give you 120V, but the 6800PT has that voltage selector switch on the panel. I’ve got it hooked up as a backup for my cabin's well pump which needs 240V, and it works flawlessly. I followed the manual's advice about the "Eco Mode" (the green ECO light)—definitely turn that OFF if you're starting a submersible pump, otherwise, it won't give you that initial surge it needs. Once the pump is running, I flip Eco back on to save fuel.

This generator is a good machine. I��m using the NG option but also ran for a bit on gasoline. It handles the load well and is very straight forward to operate. Starts east - the electric start option is nice to have. No issues so far!
