We only apply free shipping orders to Continental US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Ukarine, Austria.
Currently we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
All our products are ship from US warehouse or Europe warehouse.

Shipping fee

FREE shipping on all orders to Continental US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Ukarine, Austria.
Shipping method: UPS Ground, Multi-Channel Fulfillment by Amazon, DHL Ground

Shipping time

We anticipate that your order will arrive within 2-5 business days.
However, please note that the actual delivery time may be impacted by stock availability. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to inquire about the stock status at the nearest warehouse to you.

How to track my order?

All orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
You can track your order on our website through "My account".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For areas other than free shipping, we will entrust DHL or UPS to deliver.
We charge a fixed handling fee (including shipping insurance), the full cost will be shown at checkout.
