How Your Coverage Works
Year 1 (Comprehensive): Erayak covers all parts, labor, and domestic shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Years 2 & 3 (Core Parts): We provide replacement parts for the engine, pump, or inverter mainboard free of charge. The customer is responsible for labor and shipping costs to our service center.
*Starting batteries in generators are covered for 12 months.
What is Not Covered?
To ensure your machine lasts for years, please follow the manual. The following are not covered:
- Fuel Issues: Damage caused by stale fuel (gasoline left in the tank for >30 days) or incorrect fuel/oil ratios.
- Maintenance: Failure due to lack of oil, dirty filters, or improper storage.
- Wear & Tear: Spark plugs, nozzles, hoses, and seals (consumable items).
- External Factors: Unauthorized repairs, weather damage, or shipping damage (must be reported within 30 days).
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
1. Troubleshoot
Check your oil, fuel, and battery. Many issues can be fixed in minutes!
2. Prepare Info
Have your Order ID, Serial Number (SN), and a short video of the issue ready.
3. Contact Us
Submit your request via our portal or email for a response within 24-48h.
