Delivery went well. No damage or issues unpacking. Set up is easy to follow. Generator is heavy like I expected but I bought for my garage and house so not planning to move it very far. Lubed up, fueled up, connected battery and pushed the button to start. Ran for 20 min and all good.

Very good for the price. I have a glass work job for farming equipment tractors it works super easy to use and to lift

The dual-fuel option is amazing. I can switch between propane and gasoline seamlessly. It even switches to propane automatically when gasoline runs out, so I never lose power. This feature alone makes it one of the best dual fuel generators for both home backup and RV travel. Very happy with the purchase.

Very strong power with compact design.

We had a little issue when we ordered it, but there, customer service team took care of the problem, and got us our generator in time for us to leave on our trip out west. very happy with the generator it runs great and powers. Everything on our camper, would definitely recommend this. by the way, we have the 4500 P inverter generator. Five stars.

The ERAYAK 2400W Portable Inverter Generator is impressive and powerful, ready for hurricane season down here in Florida i used it already and is super powerful and easy to carry don’t wait that much also is impressive how quiet is it and the run time amazing really easy to store don’t take much space tu put it ,best choice on the market right now and will not break your wallet amazing really recommend it.

So I bought this 2400W portable generator for my backyard shed since there's no power out there, and honestly It's been a lifesaver. I only need it occasionally when I'm working on projects, but when I do, it's so easy just fill it up, give it a pull, and boom, I've got power. The best part is how quiet it runs I was expecting that obnoxious generator noise, but this one just hums along nicely. Even my neighbor commented on how he barely notices when I'm using it.
It came ready to go right out of the box just had to add oil and gas, which took maybe five minutes. The ECO mode is pretty smart too it automatically dials back when I'm just running a light or charging tools, which saves gas. I've run my circular saw and shop vac together without any issues, though I probably wouldn't push it much harder than that.
Couple small things -the fuel window could be better (I'm always squinting to see how much gas is left), and there are on wheels, so its a bit heavy to move around. But for keeping my shed powered without dealing with extension cords from the house Absolutely worth it. If you need reliable, quiet power for small jobs or camping, this does the job without breaking the bank

This has been a life saver! It seems like our lights go out all the time. With this we plug up a window unit, fridge, WI-FI, lamp and chargers! It’s easy to move as well. Can’t say enough about it. We love it. Get it!! You won’t regret it.

Okay, real talk I was kinda nervous about going off-grid for a whole week with my family. We needed reliable power, but solar panels seemed risky (hello, unpredictable weather) and power banks just weren't gonna cut it. That's when we grabbed this 2400W inverter generator, and holy cow, it was a total lifesaver.
First off, this thing is way quieter than I expected. Like, we could actually hear each other talk while it was running - none of that obnoxious lawnmower sound you get from cheaper generators. The ECO mode is genius too it automatically adjusts the engine speed based on what you're powering, so we weren't burning through gas like crazy.
Setup was stupid simple. Came packed nice and secure with all the cables we needed. Just add gas, pull the cord (starts up super easy), and boom instant power. That bright red color Actually super handy when you're searching for it in the dark at 2AM.
We powered everything phones, laptops, a mini fridge, even ran a small electric griddle for breakfast. Never missed a beat. After a full week of heavy use, I'm convinced this is the perfect balance of power and portability. Yeah, it costs more than a solar charger, but when you absolutely need power that won't quit? Worth every penny. It is super powerful and yet small enough to fit anywhere it has enough capacity to run all the essentials and works really well.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who camps, tailgates, or just wants solid emergency backup power.

The inverter arrived in packaging appropriate to its size.
It is very heavy, but that was to be expected upon receipt. The material used for the cage was carefully chosen, with a good thickness of metal, as the device was designed for outdoor use.
On the front, however, some trimmings were made, although the workmanship was still solid there.
With a large tank of premium gasoline, starting the motor is child's play. A gentle pull and it starts, which is accompanied by a fairly loud noise. If you increase the power, the dB(A) also increases significantly. Nevertheless, it is still within the standard range for a gasoline inverter.
The performance is excellent, and even under load it easily lasts for more than half a day.

Our power pole caught fire due to a grounding issue, and we were left without electricity until repairs could be made. Thankfully, I had purchased the Erayak 8000iE Inverter Generator ahead of time. Living in rural Texas, the power grid isn’t always reliable during storms.
This was my first real use of it, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first. But it delivered exactly what we needed. It powered our RV without any issues and kept us comfortable the entire time. While some people complain about generator noise, this 8000iE runs at about 67 decibels from 23 feet away — much quieter than the old generators I’ve used, so we could sleep through the night without getting up to refuel.
Before firing it up, I had already checked and installed the small parts, and noticed it doesn’t come with oil. I added about a quart and used Sta-bil fuel stabilizer so the fuel stays fresh during storage. I also make it a habit to run it once a month just to keep it ready.
With its 5.4-gallon fuel tank, it ran close to 9 hours at 50% load — plenty of time to get through the night. It kept our air conditioner, refrigerator, and TV running without a hiccup.
I really like the versatile outlets — dual 120V/240V power, standard household outlets, a 30A locking outlet, a 12V DC port, and USB ports — so I can power everything from the fridge and sump pump to my laptop and phone charger at the same time.
I hope my review helps someone in making a decision, I was very leary at first but it has proven itself to me.

Been working great for the last couple weeks, we are using it with the camper and haven't had any issues. Its a little louder than I like but my husband says that unless we spend $1400 on a really good one this is prefect for our needs. It easy to crank up, I can do it and im short and not very muscular. The price and reviews are what convinced us to purchase this one over a few others that we had liked at and had pushed it off for months before I told him over memorial day weekend I couldn't stay in the camper without some form of ac, so we bought this and it arrived quickly. Overall very happy with the power and price

Started right up and is super quiet. I used it once already the 2nd day I had it and it powered my portable radio, my battery charger along with my 6hp rigid vacuum! I’ve had two people tell me they were gong to buy one as well after I posed a video on Facebook!!

This inverter is one of the best options for summer or winter emergency use. If you plan to use it continuously, you'll need the right capacitor. Double the 8awg capacitor to get 4awg, which is actually comparable to the inverter's output power. Don't count on the digital display, though. It's a rough estimate, but there's a 4-5V error depending on the input power. I powered it with a Lipo battery pack I built myself, and it got 15.43V.
It's currently selling for $249. Honestly, for a pure sine wave power source that can power a 500-watt refrigerator, a 1000-watt microwave, a 43-inch/75-inch TV, an internet modem, and prevent all my LED bulbs from humming or flickering for hours on end, it's a good deal (I connected it to my house during a lightning-struck utility pole that caused a power outage).
You can buy a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) to plug into or connect to the inverter's output. It has a built-in fuse for protection, just like a car stereo amplifier. You can also add a 160A fuse to the positive battery terminal for extra protection.

The ERAYAK products like generators, inverters and solar panels are praised for their portability, quiet operation, fuel efficiency and good value for money. Many users find them reliable and powerful enough to run essential appliances during power outages or outdoor activities. However, some had issues with longevity, starting difficulties or confusion about fuel compatibility. Customer service is generally seen as responsive but harder to reach.
