Great Genie for the money
Unit operates as advertised though wners manual can use some improvement. Errors in grammer and sentences makes portions of manual hard to follow. Manual needs more detail in how to use features. Also, how to maintain unit between long periods of time between usesage such as using only for power outages during all seasons of the year.

Just attach the wheels, the lifting handles, add oil( oil does not ship with it) connect battery and fuel and BANG !!It starts right up and on your way with all that power.Very hefty unit and very stout.A good buy!!

If I had to find one thing I wish was better it would probably be the high noise level. But that is getting pretty picky. I highly recommend the generator.

ERAYAK's support team walked me through troubleshooting, sent a replacement regulator, and when that didn't resolve it, arranged a full replacement. That kind of customer service is rare.
