Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Sign in to My Account, open your order, and select Cancel items if available.
Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment and are subject to approval. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Eligible returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Returns
Shop with confidence. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are reviewed separately from standard change-of-mind returns. Our team can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Warranty & Protection
Eligible new ERAYAK equipment is backed by a 3-Year Limited Factory Warranty for consumer use in the U.S. Commercial-use coverage is 6 months under the published warranty terms.
For eligible manufacturing defects, our support team can assist with troubleshooting, warranty guidance, covered replacement parts and approved repair or replacement solutions.
Optional ERAYAK Care+ protection may be available for eligible products and is separate from the included factory warranty.
