30-Day Returns
Shop with confidence. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are reviewed separately from standard change-of-mind returns. Our team can help determine the appropriate next steps.

Warranty & Protection
Eligible new ERAYAK equipment is backed by a 3-Year Limited Factory Warranty for consumer use in the U.S. Commercial-use coverage is 6 months under the published warranty terms.
For eligible manufacturing defects, our support team can assist with troubleshooting, warranty guidance, covered replacement parts and approved repair or replacement solutions.
Optional ERAYAK Care+ protection may be available for eligible products and is separate from the included factory warranty.

What brand carburetor does my 4500P have, and where can I get high altitude jets for it
The 4500P uses our own ERAYAK carburetor design.
If you need a replacement carburetor or other related parts, they are available through the accessories section of our website.
Regarding the high-altitude jet kit, we are currently preparing the accessory package and expect it to be available in our accessories section in June.
