Power More. Spend Less. Build Your Own.
The Erayak Portable Power System delivers 2× rated surge power — starting appliances that traditional power stations simply can't handle — all without a built-in lithium battery.
⚡ Why 2× Rated Power Changes Everything
Most portable power stations are capped at their rated wattage. The Erayak system outputs peak surge power at 2× or more of its rated capacity, giving you the startup power needed for:
- 🌀 Air conditioners & refrigerators (high startup draw)
- 🔧 Power tools & air compressors
- 🏠 Multiple home appliances running simultaneously
- 🚐 RV & off-grid heavy loads
🔋 DIY Battery Design – You Choose Your Power
Battery NOT included — and that's the point.
- ✅ Compatible with LiFePO4 (LFP) batteries
- ✅ Internal battery bay — install your battery pack inside the unit
- ✅ External battery port — connect additional packs outside for extended runtime
- ✅ No lithium battery = no shipping restrictions
- ✅ Lower upfront cost — use the battery you already own
- ✅ Easily upgrade or expand capacity over time
🔌 Charging Inputs & AC Outputs
- ☀️ Solar Charging: PV input up to 36V — charge from the sun
- 🏠 AC Wall Charging: Standard 120V household outlet
- 🔌 AC Output: 2× standard US household outlets (120V) — plug in directly
- 📡 Pure Sine Wave output with THD ≤ 3% — safe for all sensitive electronics
🏗️ All-Aluminum Build – Tough, Portable, Ready

⚠️ Important Notes
-
Battery NOT included — must be purchased and installed separately
-
Minimum battery capacity: 200Ah — smaller batteries may not support full rated output
- ⚠️ This inverter does NOT have a built-in BMS. Your battery MUST include its own BMS to protect against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
-
Not a UPS — does not auto-switch between grid and inverter power
- Basic electrical knowledge recommended for battery installation
🔧 How to Set Up Your Battery (Getting Started Guide)
Step 1 — Choose the Right Battery
✅ Required: 24V LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) with Built-in BMS
- Safer chemistry — no thermal runaway risk
- 3,000–5,000+ charge cycles
- Lighter weight, more usable capacity
- ⚠️ Must include a built-in BMS (Battery Management System) — the inverter itself does NOT have BMS protection
-
Minimum capacity: 200Ah (e.g., 24V 200Ah LiFePO4)
For the 24V Model: Use a 24V LiFePO4 battery pack, or connect two 12V batteries in series
Recommended: 24V 200Ah or higher
Example brands: Battle Born, Ampere Time, Renogy, Chins
Step 2 — Install Inside the Internal Battery Bay
- Open the battery compartment on the unit
- Place your battery pack securely inside the internal bay
- Connect the battery terminals to the unit's DC input connectors (positive to positive, negative to negative)
- Ensure all connections are tight and insulated
Step 3 — Or Connect an External Battery Pack
- For larger capacity needs, connect an external battery via the external battery port
- This allows you to expand runtime without replacing the internal battery
- Ideal for extended off-grid or backup scenarios
Step 4 — Charge Before First Use
- Plug into AC 120V wall outlet to charge, or
- Connect solar panels (up to 36V PV input) for off-grid charging
- Allow a full charge cycle before heavy use
💡 Pro Tip: A 24V LiFePO4 battery (200Ah+) with built-in BMS is the safest and most cost-effective long-term choice. Since this inverter does not include a BMS, the battery's BMS is essential for protecting against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
