1. Engine Oil — The Most Important Routine Service
Checking and changing the engine oil is the most important maintenance step.
Before Each Use
Check the oil level and make sure it is within the recommended range.
First Oil Change
Change the engine oil after:

Regular Oil Changes
After the first service, change the oil every:
50 operating hours or 3 months.
Basic Oil Change

- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Remove the oil dipstick.
- Remove the oil drain bolt and drain the used oil.
- Reinstall and tighten the drain bolt.

2. Air Filter — Easy to Inspect and Clean
A clean air filter helps the engine breathe properly and protects the carburetor and engine from dust.
Routine Care
Check the air filter before every use.
If the foam filter becomes dirty:
