Wanted a pure sine wave investor for my backup project and this fit the bill in all aspects that I wanted.

It is very easy to use and retracts with no issue. It is lightweight, and its small size makes it easy to store. I am glad that I purchased this item.

One pull start ran perfectly. Economy mode is most quiet.

The generator I bought is great BUT I spent an extra $ 50 to get this order quicker but it still took several days .

I was searching for a smaller tri fuel generator and it had to be an inverter generator. All I could find was the big boys and not inverted. Then I found the 4500. But let me get to the point. Now a days customer service has been poor with many companies but Erayak gets not 5 stars, but they definitely get 10 stars. Every question I emailed was not only answered within 24 hours but with exactness and easy for me to understand. Excellent. The unit was delivered as promised and packed perfectly. Oil easy to add. Gas easy to add and also easy to empty the carburetor for storage. Ran perfect and actually ran just as well on propane. Still need to try natural gas.
Love the electric start. Probably more could have been written in the manual, but honestly their excellent customer support was better than a 50 page manual. It’s new but I owned a manufacturing plant for over 25 years and I am beyond picky and this generator appears to be built with a lot of expertise.

I've found this to be very useful and have utilized it a couple times already. It is made of cheap plastics however has worked as intended and is pretty stable when wheeling the line back. Another neat feature is the turn knob being free spinning, this makes a huge difference in the effort put upon retrieving back the line. Lastly, its size makes it easy to store literally anywhere.

The past few years we've had a lot of severe weather, wind and tornadoes. This little generator has been my faithful power backup. The big Generac is on the porch and this one is in the tornado pod to keep phones etc running in case we lose the house.

Awesome generator. Got it for my camping DJ setup. Worked great. Its actually decently quiet. Runs for a pretty long while on one tank. Id say about 4-5 hours and is not super heavy. For my setup i had Pioneer CDJS with a pioneer mixer, a subwoofer, 2 Soundboks speakers that would be charged 1 by one and a lot of lights and phones charging. The generator performed amazing and hasnt had any issues. Would reccomend for the price that you pay for it.

Love this generator. It is quiet compared to my smaller one. Use it for camping.

So nice to only roll out just as much cord as I need and quickly reel it back up. And the 4 outlets are handy.

Nice product to have. Multifunctional. Outdoor or indoor uses. Nice retractable cord and storage. Good price. Base could be heavier for placement or different design so that it doesn’t tip over.
No installation required.

I have used this multi-plug set outside at the lake and inside my office. I have meetings and it provides and easy access to power up multiple devices. It is easy to unroll and spin back on with the knob provided. I liked the easy of use and versatility so well that I bought a second one for the office.
